POAH
Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) is a Boston-based nonprofit developer, owner and operator of over 14,000 affordable homes in thirteen states and the District of Columbia, including 264 in southern New Hampshire. POAH’s mission is to preserve, create and sustain affordable, healthy homes that support economic security and access to opportunity for all. POAH Communities is our property management company, which oversees more than 100 POAH properties.
3i HoME
Founded in 2020 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, 3i Housing of Maine (3i
HoME) was established to address the need for accessible, affordable and supportive housing so that people with disabilities can have community based options based on our 3i’s: Independent living through Innovative technology in an Integrated home and community based setting supported by person centered services.
